• Booking details needed to manage your stay.
• Basic, non-identifying analytics if enabled (see cookies).

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and manage your booking and stay.
• To take payment and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
• We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to you, and on performing our contract with you once you book.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run the business — our booking/channel manager (Guesty), our payment provider (for card payments), and email. They process your data only to provide their service. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for a reasonable period to answer follow-ups, and booking records for as long as required for tax and accounting.

Cookies

This site uses only what’s needed to function. If we add analytics, we’ll keep it minimal and privacy-friendly.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to our using it. Email carlymoverman@gmail.com and we’ll help. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
